Referral Bonus Program



Axiom Link is happy to announce our Referral Bonus Program, which provides monetary incentive for referring service providers to our organization. Axiom Link is hiring full-time and per-diem therapists in all fields throughout all five boroughs of New York City, Westchester County, Long Island, and including other states such as Connecticut, California, Florida, and Texas. We are currently seeking Bilingual and Monolingual Speech Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellows, TSLD/TSHH, Special Educators, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, School Psychologists, PhD Psychologists, Social Workers and ABA providers. Effective: September 1st 2008
Bonus Amounts:

  • $2,000 for Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellows, PhD Psychologists, Occupational Therapist, or Physical Therapist in our Connecticut Program
  • $1,000 for Speech-Language Pathologist, Clinical Fellows, Occupational Therapist, PhD Psychologists or Physical Therapist in all other programs.
  • $500 for Special Educators, School Psychologists, Social Workers and ABA providers
Awards and participation in this program are subject to the terms and conditions on this page. These terms and conditions supersede any other representations, written or verbal.

Terms and Conditions
  • Once your referral has completed 120 days of employment with Axiom Link, you will receive your Referral BONUS. The referred candidate must be employed by Axiom Link at the time of award payment.
  • Referred candidate must start work with Axiom Link within 60 days of the referral.
  • If more than one person makes a qualified referral of the same candidate, the person who referred the candidate first, as logged into the candidate tracking system or with human resources, will receive the Referral BONUS. Subsequent referrals will not be eligible.
  • Referrals made for part-time positions, contractors, and consultants are not eligible (Please inquire about referral terms for independent contractor service providers).
  • Any person directly related to the hiring processes (exempt or non-exempt) will not be eligible for the referral award, if the referred candidate would have resulted from the normal course of that candidate work.
  • Referrals made by a Axiom Link hiring manager for his or her own open positions are not award eligible.
  • If Axiom Link is in negotiations with a candidate prior to you referring this candidate then you do not qualify for the referral BONUS.
  • Axiom Link reserves the right to decline a referral at the time it is made and reserves the right to withdraw this Referral BONUS offer at any time.

Procedure
  1. Complete the Candidate Information Form. Please return this form to Frances Taveras at 212.684.0099 ext 346 or ftaveras@axiomlink.com or via fax at 212-679-7868. Once this information has been received someone from the recruiting department will contact the candidate.
  2. Talk to therapists about the benefits that our company has to offer. *Please do not discuss compensation or any confidential information with the candidate.*
  3. Once the candidate completes 120 days of work you are entitled the referral bonus. At this point fill out the referral claim form and send it in to Frances Taveras at 212.684.0099 ext 346 or ftaveras@axiomlink.com or via fax at 212-679-7868.
