Axiom providers are approved in each state in which they provide services.  Axiom employs over 1200 therapists and 150 support staff and is continuously growing.

We specialize in Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapists. we have an intensive CFY supervision program consisting of onsite supervision weekly meetings workshops. We train our CFYs on evalutions, feeding, oral motor, and speech techniques. Our speech supervision department is supervised by Sonu Sanghoee, a professor from India with many years of experience in the US and overseas. We also provide excellent supervision and support for our COTAs and PTAs.
